I was a little unsure at first, but once I started using the site I felt relieved. Everything was easy to find and I was able to get what I needed really quickly.

I ordered checks from carouselchecks.com and they did show up quickly, so I’ll give them credit for that. But once I actually looked them over, the print quality was kind of rough.

The text looked a little faded, and some of the lines weren’t as crisp as I expected. A few checks also had odd ink spots, which made them look cheaper than I thought they would for the price.

I reached out hoping there might be an easy fix, but it felt like I just got the usual policy explanation instead of much real help. They’re probably still usable, but I’m frustrated because I was expecting them to look cleaner and more professional.

I paid for my order and, to be fair, everything worked out in the end. The only thing was that the confirmation page took longer than I expected, so for a minute I was sitting there wondering if something had gone wrong. I don’t think it’s great to leave customers unsure like that, even if it’s just a short delay. But the payment did go through, and I got my receipt afterward. I’d give it 4 stars.
